Digitale Fortbildungen – wie geht das?<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Wie derzeit in so vielen anderen Bereichen, muss gerade auch beim Angebot von Weiterbildungen einiges ge\u00e4ndert werden. Unser Partner binako<\/strong><\/span>, das Bildungsnetzwerk der Naturkostbranche, muss sich ebenfalls neu orientieren. Binako bietet nun noch mehr Onlinekurse und Webinare an.<\/p>\n

Webinare<\/strong> <\/span>sind live: es gibt eine*n Dozent*in und es besteht, wie in einem Seminar vor Ort, die M\u00f6glichkeit der Interaktion, \u00fcber Chat, Video und Mikrofon. Webinare zu gestalten ist in den Bereichen Personalf\u00fchrung, Werbung und Marketing leicht und wurde auch bisher schon gemacht. Bei Themen zur Warenkunde, beispielsweise K\u00e4se, ist dies schwieriger. Binako will dazu noch weitere L\u00f6sungen finden.
\nBei der Teilnahme von Onlinekurse<\/strong> <\/span>sind, im Vergleich zu Webinaren, nicht alle angemeldeten Personen gleichzeitig online, der Zeitpunkt der Teilnahme kann frei gew\u00e4hlt werden. Sie sind meist sehr kosteng\u00fcnstig oder sogar kostenfrei, da ja kein*e Dozent*in vor Ort sein muss.<\/p>\n

Die aktuelle Situation mit der Entwicklung hin zu mehr Online-Angeboten wird auch als Chance gesehen, da Online-Fortbildungen einige Vorteile mit sich bringen: Die An-und Abreise entf\u00e4llt und die Kosten und der Aufwand werden in Grenzen gehalten. Da bei Onlinekursen au\u00dferdem der Zeitpunkt der Weiterbildung selbst gew\u00e4hlt werden kann, sind nicht zwingend Freistellungen n\u00f6tig.<\/p>\n

Es lohnt sich also, das Online-Angebot zu nutzen! Eine gewisse Scheu vor der Technik ist verst\u00e4ndlich, aber wer einmal teilgenommen hat erf\u00e4hrt, wie einfach es ist, die M\u00f6glichkeiten zu nutzen.<\/p>\n
